Prescriptions sent to your own pharmacy.
Most online services bind the prescription to their own supply, which is how a $1 tablet becomes a $6 one. Below the featured placement, these write the prescription and let you take it wherever you like.

01Why this is the setting that matters
The medicine and the middleman are two separate purchases.
A prescription is portable. Once a licensed clinician has written one, you are entitled to fill it at a pharmacy of your choosing, and the price you pay there has nothing to do with what the service that wrote it would have charged.
The business model of most online ED companies depends on you not exercising that. Bundle the consultation and the supply, price the bundle monthly, and the per-dose figure becomes hard to see. Split them and the arithmetic gets uncomfortable for the seller: a consultation is worth paying for, and generic tadalafil is worth about a dollar a tablet.
This page lists the services that let you split them. Combine one with a discount card and you have, in most cases, the lowest total cost available anywhere in this market.
02The services
Ranked by how each one graded, after one featured placement.
One caveat on the featured entry, stated rather than buried: CoreAge Rx says prescriptions must be filled through its own network of affiliated pharmacies, so it does not do the thing this page is about. Every entry below it does.

CoreAge Rx
4PLAY sublingual
Three drugs of one class, undisclosed strengths, and nothing to check them against.
Featured placement. This entry appears first because we have placed it here, not because it finished first on the criteria below. Its position is not derived from its review, and the review — including the verdict shown — is unchanged and worth reading before you decide anything.
FeaturedNot without a physicianCompounded$114 / mo
Advertised at $114 against a $175 reference price, for a “1-month 5-pack (10 mL total)”. Doses per pack are not stated, so a per-dose figure cannot be derived; if the five units are five uses, that is roughly $22.80 a use. Auto-refill is opt-in rather than automatic.

03One caveat, applied evenly
Portability is a pricing advantage, not a clinical one.
Nothing on this page changes the fundamental limitation of the remote model. Nobody takes your blood pressure, nobody examines you, and no bloods are drawn unless you arrange them yourself. A service that sends the prescription to your local counter is cheaper, not more thorough.
What it does buy you is a pharmacist — a second licensed person who sees your full medication list and can flag an interaction the online form never asked about. That is worth more than it sounds, particularly for the interaction class most questionnaires ignore.

How this list is built
One entry on this page is a featured placement. It is marked “Featured” and it appears first because we put it there, not because it earned that position on the criteria below. Everything beneath it is ordered by how it graded in its own review. We say this plainly because a list that hides a placement is worth nothing, and because the rest of this page is only useful if you can trust that distinction.
There are no affiliate or referral links anywhere on this site and we are not paid when you buy. That is why options with no commission attached — a generic from your own pharmacy, a discount card, an appointment you have already booked — appear here at all, and why they rank as highly as they do in the derived order.
We are also a clinic that treats this condition, so several of the companies ranked here are our competitors. Read the list knowing that. Apart from the featured entry noted above, every position is derived from the individual reviews rather than chosen for the list, every price is quoted from the company’s own page with the date we read it, and doses are graded against published approved maximums rather than our preferences.
