LegalTerms of use
What this website is, and is not.
Short version: everything published here is general education, reading it does not make you our patient, and no part of it should be used to change a prescription.

These terms govern your use of theedtreatmentcenter.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site — that is genuinely the whole mechanism.
No medical advice
The information on this website is provided for general education and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Erectile dysfunction can be the first sign of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or hormonal disorders. Always consult a licensed physician about your individual circumstances, and never start, stop, or change a prescription based on what you read here.
No physician–patient relationship
Reading this site, submitting the consultation form, or exchanging email with the clinic does not create a physician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you have been seen and accepted as a patient by one of our physicians, in person, and the necessary consent documents have been signed.
Individual results vary
Outcome figures published on this site are drawn from the clinical literature and describe populations, not individuals. Your own result depends on the mechanism driving your symptoms, your general health, your medications and your adherence to a treatment plan. No outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Emergencies
This website and the consultation form are not monitored continuously and must never be used for anything urgent. If you are experiencing chest pain, or an erection lasting longer than four hours, call emergency services or attend an emergency department immediately.
Communications
Ordinary email and SMS are not secure channels. If you choose to contact us by either, please keep the content to scheduling and general questions, and understand that we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of a message in transit. Anything clinical should be discussed by telephone or in person.
External links
Where we link to external resources, we do so because we believe them useful. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The written content, design and photography on this site belong to The ED Treatment Center. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own personal use. Republishing the content commercially requires our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ED Treatment Center is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. This limitation does not apply to the care we provide to our patients, which is governed by the standard of care applicable to licensed physicians and by our professional liability coverage.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site and the practice change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
