FeesPricing & membership

Every price we charge, published.

Men's health has an unfortunate reputation for quoting a figure only once a patient is emotionally committed. Here is the entire fee schedule, in advance, including the treatments we would rather you did not buy.

Why we are out of network.

An in-network practice is paid per visit, which is the economic reason the average appointment for this condition lasts eight minutes. We took the other option.

  • We are out of network by design. That is what allows a ninety-minute first appointment instead of a twelve-minute one.
  • A superbill is provided for every visit so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from your carrier.
  • Laboratory work and imaging we order are frequently billed to and covered by your insurance directly.
  • Prescriptions are filled at the pharmacy of your choice and typically run through your normal pharmacy benefit.
  • We do not operate an in-house dispensary. We have no financial interest in what we prescribe you.
  • You will never receive an invoice containing a charge you have not seen in writing beforehand.

05In plain terms

Where our incentives point.

Any clinic that both recommends a treatment and sells it has a conflict of interest. Ours is no exception, and pretending otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on this website. What we can do is limit how far that conflict reaches.

We do not operate an in-house dispensary, so we earn nothing from what we prescribe. We do not sell supplements. Physicians here are salaried and receive no commission on procedures, which removes the single most common distortion in this field.

We publish an evidence grade next to every treatment, including the ones that are lucrative and unproven. Platelet-rich plasma is one of our higher-margin procedures and we have labelled it investigational in the largest type on its own page.

And if you have not had a genuine maximum-dose trial of oral medication, we will tell you to do that first — even though it is the cheapest thing on this list and the least profitable outcome of your visit.
