We are a competitor of the companies reviewed on this page. That is a conflict of interest and you should read everything here with it in mind. What we can offer against it: every factual claim is drawn from the company's own published material and linked, every clinical criticism applies equally to us where it applies, and we take no affiliate commission or referral fee from anyone named here — including from the retail pharmacies whose generics we rate most highly.
A live video visit with a licensed provider from around $34, approved generics only, and the prescription sent wherever you want it. On value, this is the strongest combination on the page.

Our assessment
Line up what this service does and it is difficult to fault on the criteria this page grades by. The consultation is a live video visit with a licensed provider, not a form. The formulary is FDA-approved generics only, with four molecules offered and no compounded product anywhere. The prescription goes wherever you choose, including your own pharmacy for same-day collection. And the nitrate contraindication is stated plainly on the page.
The price is what makes it notable. A video visit from around $34 is the cheapest genuine consultation we have found — against $129 for an initial visit at PlushCare without insurance, or $79.95 at WebDoctors. The medication quotes are competitive too: fifteen dollars for ten sildenafil tablets is close to retail pharmacy pricing rather than the multiple of it that most subscription services charge.
Put those together and a man who has been putting this off because a proper appointment felt expensive has, for about the price of two compounded doses elsewhere, a conversation with a clinician who can ask him a follow-up question. That is a materially better use of the same money.
The limitation is the one no remote service escapes. Nobody takes your blood pressure, nobody examines you, and no bloods are drawn unless you go and arrange them. A video visit is a real improvement on a two-minute questionnaire — a clinician can hear what you say in passing and follow it — but it is still not an examination, and the cardiovascular screening that ought to accompany a new diagnosis does not happen here.
Which makes this an excellent way to obtain treatment and a poor substitute for a workup. If you have been assessed in the last year or two, this is close to the best-value route on this page. If nobody has checked your blood pressure in a decade, use the video visit to say so and ask what you should have tested.
Reasonable for
- Men who want an actual conversation with a clinician at the lowest price available for one
- Men who want approved generics and no compounded product offered to them
- Men who prefer same-day pickup at their own pharmacy
- Men who have been putting off treatment on the assumption that a real consultation is expensive
Not for
- Anyone taking nitrates in any form, including recreational ‘poppers’
- Men who need a physical examination or cardiovascular workup — that requires being in a room
- Men who have not had blood work in years and would treat this as a substitute for it

If you want the other thing
A diagnosis, rather than a subscription.
If you have already been assessed and just need a refill, this may serve you well. If nobody has taken your blood pressure in years, that is the appointment to make.
