Our assessment
Take the geography first, because it decides everything else for most people reading this. Lloyds states outright that the service operates in the United Kingdom only. That is a cleaner answer than we were able to establish for [Superdrug](/superdrug-online-doctor-reviews), and it means an American reader who found this page through a US search has found a service he cannot use.
Which is worth pausing on. This was a Google search made from the United States, and two of the ten results were British pharmacies. Nothing about the listing signals that, and a man comparing options on price would find these among the cheapest and only discover the problem at checkout. If you are shopping in this category, check where a service operates before you compare anything else.
For British readers it looks genuinely well run. Regulation by the Care Quality Commission and a published GPhC registration number are more transparency about oversight than most of the American services on this page provide, and the clinician turnaround of about thirty minutes within stated hours is honest about when a human is actually available.
The formulary contains two things worth knowing about even if you cannot buy them. Vitaros is alprostadil in a topical cream — the same molecule used in [injection therapy](/treatments/injection-therapy), applied externally instead. It is approved in the UK and Europe but is not available in the United States, and for a man who cannot take PDE5 inhibitors it is a genuinely different option. There is also a sildenafil suspension spray. Americans in that position have [the OTC gel](/eroxon-med3000-reviews), a vacuum device, or injections.
One small credit worth giving. The efficacy figures published — 62 to 82 per cent for sildenafil, up to 80 for tadalafil, up to 87 for vardenafil — are ranges rather than single flattering numbers, and they sit within what the published literature supports. That is a more honest way to present efficacy than most of this market manages.
