Our assessment
Start with what is absent, because it is the most telling thing here. There is no compounded product. No 4-in-1, no sublingual combination, no proprietary formulation with a name. Brand-name Viagra, Cialis and Levitra, plus their generics, and nothing else. In a market where nearly every competitor has built a house formulation, choosing not to is a decision.
The safety information on the page is also better than most. Nitrates and the blood pressure risk, priapism, and the rare hearing and vision events are all named. Set that against 24hrDoc, reviewed above, whose page carried none of it — same category, same kind of service, a materially different standard of disclosure.
The prescription goes to a pharmacy you choose, for local pickup. That means you buy the drug at retail rather than through a captive channel, and at a large chain generic tadalafil runs about a dollar a tablet. It also means no delivery, which is a genuine loss of discretion for some men and worth weighing.
The price is the caveat. At $79.95 this is the most expensive single consultation reviewed on this page — twice 24hrDoc, twice Amazon, and without the insurance route PlushCare offers. It is a one-off rather than a subscription, which is in its favour, but you are paying a premium for the consultation and then paying for the medication on top.
The other thing we could not pin down is what the consultation actually consists of. The page says prescriptions follow after speaking with a physician, which implies a conversation, but it does not say whether that is video, telephone or messaging. Given that the difference between a form and a conversation is the main axis this page grades services on, it is worth asking before you pay.
