Our assessment
The doses here are more restrained than elsewhere in this category, and that is worth saying first. Neither component exceeds its own approved ceiling. But look at what each one is doing. Tadalafil at 20mg is exactly the maximum approved on-demand dose — there is no headroom left in it. Sildenafil at 20mg sits below the usual starting dose for erectile dysfunction; 20mg is the strength marketed three times daily for pulmonary arterial hypertension, not the 50mg most men begin ED treatment on.
So the tablet pairs a maximal dose of one PDE5 inhibitor with a low dose of another from the same class. Which raises an obvious question about the second one. The stated profile — onset in 30 to 60 minutes, lasting up to 36 hours — is a good description of tadalafil 20mg taken by itself. That is the drug people call the weekend pill precisely because of the 36-hour figure. It is not clear what 20mg of sildenafil adds to that beyond a second agent acting on the same enzyme and lowering blood pressure through the same pathway.
As with every combination on this page, no approved product does this and no randomized trial establishes the pairing. The evidence belongs to each molecule on its own.
Credit where it is due: RocketRx lists low blood pressure among the side effects on the product page and states plainly that the FDA does not verify the safety or effectiveness of compounded drugs. That is more forthcoming than a good deal of this market, and a man who reads their page carefully is reasonably well informed about what he is buying.
The consultation is the shortest we have looked at — two minutes by their own description. Two minutes is enough to ask whether you take nitrates. It is not enough to measure a blood pressure, examine anyone, or order the blood work that would find the diabetes or the testosterone deficiency underneath the symptom.
One last comparison, since price is the strongest argument for this product. At $2.18 a dose you are paying for a compounded combination whose advertised onset and duration match those of generic tadalafil 20mg — an FDA-approved medicine that a retail pharmacy will frequently dispense for less. Worth pricing both before you decide.

- Men who have tolerated both molecules separately at standard doses
- Men who will actually read the side-effect list the company publishes

- Anyone taking nitrates in any form, including recreational 'poppers'
- Men on alpha-blockers or other blood-pressure-lowering medication
- Men who have not had a blood pressure reading or blood work recently
- Men who have never tried a single agent at a standard dose first
