Our assessment
The blood pressure instruction is worth stopping on, because across every service reviewed on this page it appears exactly once. It is a small thing. It is also evidence that somebody at this company thought about the cardiovascular question rather than routing around it, and it puts the single most relevant number in front of the patient before he answers anything.
It remains self-reported. Knowing your blood pressure and having it measured are different, and a man who has not seen a clinician in five years may not have a number to report. But asking is better than not asking, and the contrast with a two-minute questionnaire that never raises the subject is real.
The medication itself is the approved generic at conventional doses, which puts this in the safe half of the page. The prescription structure — ten tablets with eleven refills — is a sensible year of supply rather than an open-ended plan.
The gap is price transparency. We could not find a tadalafil price on the page we checked, and a service that publishes sildenafil pricing but not tadalafil pricing leaves you to discover the cost during checkout. Given that the same molecule is about a dollar a tablet at a retail pharmacy, it is worth knowing the number before you start.
